The integration of Webuild and Clough guarantees the continuity of Clough’s projects and ongoing employment.

Following the acquisition, Webuild has a total order backlog of more than €13 billion and approximately 3,000 employees in Australia, becoming one of the most significant and well-credentialed players in the country.

The current projects included in the transaction are amongst the most important infrastructure projects in Australia and Papua New Guinea, and the agreement will allow the delivery for all levels of government, local communities and businesses involved.
